These are supplied equipment ratings. Cooling output is different from electrical input. Temperature and water-volume ratings are separate. Cooling depends on water volume, starting and surrounding temperatures, insulation, cover use, airflow, water flow and run time.
Setup and maintenance
The chiller’s fittings are compatible with any tub. Keep the working water volume within the 90-gallon rating.
- Choose a position with suitable 110 V / 60 Hz power, ventilation, drainage and access for filter care.
- Plan the hose route and connection pieces for your installation.
- Follow the supplied instructions for connection, priming, flow and leak checks before cooling.
During use, check water condition and flow, care for the filter, clean wet surfaces and change the water when needed.
Shipping and delivery
Free shipping to eligible United States addresses accepted at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.
Handling and dispatch normally take 1–4 days. Increased demand may add an extra day or two. Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days after handling and dispatch.
Chillers ship in reinforced wooden boxes. The packed chiller weighs 103 lb. Plan the delivery path to your setup area before it arrives.

100-day trial and one-year warranty
You have 100 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Standard returns have a 15% restocking deduction, and you pay return shipping.

Refund Policy

Here is the short version: request a return within 100 days of delivery, expect a 15% restocking deduction, pay the return shipping, and allow refund processing to begin after the returned order is received. The sections below explain each step.
Return Window
You may request a return within 100 calendar days after the order is delivered. The delivery date shown by the carrier starts the 100-day period. Your request must reach us before that period ends.
How to Request a Return
- Email support@eazy-plunge.com with the subject line "Return Request."
- Include the order number, the product you want to return, and the best contact information for the return.
- Wait for the return authorization and routing instructions before shipping the equipment.
Because the products are large, the routing instructions matter. Sending an order to an unapproved address can delay receipt and therefore delay the refund.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee is deducted from every standard return. The fee is calculated from the price actually paid for the returned product, not its compare-at price. At current selling prices, that is $427.50 for The Eazy Cold Plunge or $330 for the Chiller. Any tax adjustment is handled as required by applicable law.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back. Return instructions will explain where and how to route the shipment. The original order ships free within the eligible United States service area, so there is no original outbound shipping charge to refund.
Condition and Packaging
Original packaging is not required. There is no separate return-condition requirement. Follow the return-routing instructions and package the shipment in a way the chosen carrier will accept.
Refund Amount and Timing
For a standard return, the refund is the price paid for the returned product minus the 15% restocking fee. The customer separately bears return-shipping costs.
Refund processing begins after the returned order is received. Unless law requires otherwise or the original method is unavailable, the refund is sent to the original payment method. After we submit it, the bank, card issuer, or payment provider controls when the credit appears. That posting time is outside our control.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives visibly damaged, appears defective, or is not what you ordered, do not route it as a standard return. Email support@eazy-plunge.com promptly with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video when they can show the problem. We will review the issue and explain the available remedy under the order terms, the applicable warranty, and applicable law.
This Policy does not limit a right or remedy for defective or nonconforming goods that cannot legally be limited.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but a change or cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If the order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
Exchanges
We do not promise direct exchanges. If you want a different Easy Plunge product, contact support. We may ask you to return the original product under this Policy and place a separate order.

Easy Plunge offers free shipping for bundles and standalone chillers to eligible United States addresses accepted at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only. Free shipping covers the original delivery, not a return.

Bundles and standalone chillers ship to eligible addresses within the United States only. Delivery addresses must be accepted at checkout.
Shipping Cost
Original-order shipping is free for The Eazy Cold Plunge bundle and the standalone Easy Plunge 1 HP Chiller to eligible United States addresses. Free original-order shipping does not cover return shipping; customers pay return shipping as described in the Refund Policy.
Processing and Delivery Estimates
Handling and dispatch normally take 1–4 days. During periods of increased demand, we may need an extra day or two for handling and dispatch.
Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days after handling and dispatch. The handling and dispatch period is separate from this delivery estimate.
If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before ordering for the latest delivery estimate.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Processing or transit can be affected by inventory, address verification, order review, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, and events outside reasonable control.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
We send an order confirmation to the contact information provided at checkout. When tracking becomes available, we send the tracking link there as well. A newly created label may take time to receive its first carrier scan.
Large orders or bundles may travel in more than one package and may not arrive on the same day. If that happens, the order or tracking information may show more than one shipment.

Moving the Chiller
Chillers ship in reinforced wooden boxes.
The packed chiller weighs 103 lb. Plan the delivery path to your setup area before it arrives.
Shipping Address
Review the shipping address carefully before submitting an order. Contact support@eazy-plunge.com immediately if you notice an error. We will try to update the address before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee a change after an order has been released or shipped.
If a carrier returns a package because the address supplied at checkout was incomplete, incorrect, or not accepted by the carrier, contact us for the available reshipment or return options and any costs that apply.
Carrier Delays and Delivery Issues
A carrier estimate or delivery scan is not always the end of the investigation. If tracking stops updating, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or the shipment appears lost, email support@eazy-plunge.com with the order number and tracking number. We will review the available information and work with the carrier on the next step.
Damage in Transit or Incorrect Items
If a package arrives visibly damaged or contains the wrong item, keep the product and available packaging while the issue is reviewed. Contact support@eazy-plunge.com promptly with the order number and clear photos of the package, label, and affected item when possible. Do not pay to send it back before receiving instructions.
Taxes
Free shipping does not mean tax-free. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown through checkout as required.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Easy Plunge online store and any purchase you make from SIBEI INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED, operating as Easy Plunge ("Easy Plunge," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.
1. Who May Use the Site
You must be able to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you use the Site for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for activity through any customer account you control.
2. Shopify and the Online Store
Shopify hosts the Site and provides commerce services used for browsing, checkout, payment, customer accounts, fraud prevention, messaging, and related functions. Shopify processes personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
3. Product Information and Performance
We try to keep product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, images, prices, and availability accurate. Product ratings and operating results—such as minimum water temperature, cooling capacity, flow, noise, setup time, or filtration performance—can depend on water volume, ambient temperature, placement, insulation, plumbing, maintenance, and other operating conditions. A listed rating is not a promise that every installation will produce the same result.
Read the current product page before ordering and contact support@eazy-plunge.com if compatibility, dimensions, electrical requirements, placement, or a particular performance condition is important to your purchase. We may correct a genuine error or update product information before accepting an order.
4. Prices, Discounts, and Taxes
Prices are shown in United States dollars unless the Site states otherwise. A crossed-out or compare-at price is a reference price shown on the Site; the amount charged is the price displayed at checkout, together with any applicable tax. Promotions and discounts are subject to the terms shown with the offer and may be changed or ended before an order is placed. We do not change the price of an accepted order unless you approve the change or a correction is required by law.
5. Orders and Payment
An order is an offer to buy. An automated confirmation means we received the order; it does not necessarily mean we accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment if payment cannot be authorized, an item is unavailable, the address is outside the service area, information appears inaccurate, fraud or unauthorized resale is suspected, or the Site contained a material error. If we cancel after capturing payment, we will return the captured amount to the original payment method.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Contact us immediately if you notice an order error. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after fulfillment begins.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Easy Plunge currently accepts orders only for eligible United States addresses and provides free shipping on the three Easy Plunge products offered on the Site. We do not currently promise a fixed processing or delivery time. Tracking is sent when available, and any estimate shown at checkout, in an order message, or by a carrier is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

7. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 100 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee is deducted from a standard return, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original packaging is not required, and there is no separate return-condition requirement. Refund processing begins after the returned order is received.
The process and complete terms are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The 100-day window gives you time to evaluate the product. It does not remove the 15% restocking fee or customer-paid return shipping.
8. One-Year Warranty
Easy Plunge products include a one-year warranty. The store currently confirms the duration only; detailed component coverage, exclusions, labor, freight responsibility, and claim procedures are not stated in these Terms. If those details affect your decision, request the current written warranty terms from support@eazy-plunge.com before ordering. Nothing in this section limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.
9. Product Use and Cold-Water Safety
Follow the product instructions, warnings, maintenance requirements, and applicable electrical and water-safety rules. Do not use damaged equipment or use a product for a purpose or in an environment the instructions do not permit. You are responsible for choosing a suitable installation location and supervising access to the tub.
Cold-water immersion can carry health risks. Site content is general product information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are unsure whether cold-water immersion is appropriate for you, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before use. Stop use and seek appropriate help if you feel unwell.
10. Site Content Is Not Professional Advice
Articles, FAQs, product copy, emails, and other Site content are provided for general information about the products and their use. They are not a substitute for medical, electrical, plumbing, construction, tax, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether a product and installation are appropriate for your situation.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Site or use it to break the law, violate another person's rights, submit false or harmful information, introduce malicious code, scrape or interfere with the Site, bypass security or access controls, impersonate another person, or make a purchase using an unauthorized payment method. We may restrict access or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Site, or our rights.
12. Intellectual Property
The Site and its text, design, graphics, photos, video, logos, product names, and other content are owned by SIBEI INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping. No other license is granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit Site content without prior written permission, except where law allows it.
13. Reviews, Messages, and Other Submissions
If you voluntarily submit a review, photo, feedback, or other content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, edit for length or formatting, and display that content in connection with Easy Plunge. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim concerning a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be limited, or any other liability or statutory right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
17. Responsibility for Misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable costs caused by your unlawful misuse of the Site, your material breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights. Will it work with my tub?
The chiller’s fittings are compatible with any tub. Use no more than 90 gallons of water and follow the installation requirements for hose routing, water flow, power, airflow and drainage.

How cold does it get?
The supplied minimum-temperature rating is 36°F. The separate water-volume rating is up to 90 gallons.
Actual cooling depends on water volume, starting and surrounding temperatures, insulation, cover use, airflow, water flow and run time. Choose a setting that suits you; the minimum rating is not a recommended session temperature.
What is included with the chiller?
One Easy Plunge 1 HP Smart Chiller, with a built-in circulation pump, Wi-Fi temperature control, replaceable filtration and ozone.
A tub is not included. For the hoses and adapters supplied with your chiller-only order, email support@eazy-plunge.com before ordering. Photographs show a connected configuration.
How long will it take to cool the water?
Cooldown time depends on your installation and starting conditions. A smaller temperature change in a covered, insulated plunge is a different job from cooling a fresh warm fill.
Water volume, starting and surrounding temperatures, insulation, cover use, airflow, water flow and your target all matter. We do not promise a fixed cooldown time.
Do I need a separate water pump?
No separate circulation pump is needed: it is built into the chiller. The self-priming pump has a supplied flow rating of 792 gallons per hour. Your installed flow depends on the hoses, fittings and complete water path.
What does installation involve?
The chiller’s fittings are compatible with any tub. Keep the working water volume within the 90-gallon rating.
- Choose a position with suitable 110 V / 60 Hz power, ventilation, drainage and access for filter care.
- Plan the hose route and connection pieces for your installation.
- Follow the supplied instructions for connection, priming, flow and leak checks before cooling.
During use, check water condition and flow, care for the filter, clean wet surfaces and change the water when needed.
What power supply does it need?
The electrical specification is 110 V / 60 Hz, 12.5 A and 1,436 W input. Check the planned power supply before delivery. Have a qualified electrician confirm circuit capacity, outlet suitability and wet-area protection when needed.
How much room does the chiller need?
The cabinet measures 20.87 × 14.17 × 23.23 inches. This is the appliance size, not the complete installation footprint. Allow additional room for ventilation, hoses, drainage and access to the filter and connections.
The chiller weighs 90.39 lb, or 103 lb packed. Plan its delivery path and final position before it arrives.
What can I do in the Wi-Fi app?
Check the current water temperature and change the set temperature. A change in setting changes the target; allow time for the water to reach it.
How loud is the chiller?
The supplied noise rating is up to 60 dB. It is a compressor-and-pump appliance, so expect operating sound. Room acoustics, placement and operating conditions affect what you hear.
How much maintenance should I expect?
Regular water and flow checks, filter care, cleaning and water changes. Frequency depends on use, source water, surroundings and operating conditions.
Follow the supplied care instructions. Keep the airflow clear and pay attention to changes in water condition, circulation or performance.
Does ozone replace regular water care?
No. Ozone and replaceable filtration are included, but routine care is still required. Filtration catches debris. Continue cleaning wet surfaces, caring for filters and changing the water when needed.

Handling and dispatch normally take 1–4 days. Increased demand may add an extra day or two. Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days after handling and dispatch.
