This Privacy Policy explains what personal information SIBEI INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED, operating as Easy Plunge ("Easy Plunge," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, why we use it, and when we disclose it as you browse, order, contact us, or otherwise use the store (together, the "Services").

Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Services. It may include:

  • Contact and identity information: name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and account details if you create an account.
  • Order and commercial information: products viewed or ordered, cart activity, order history, discounts, returns, refunds, warranty requests, delivery information, and communications about a purchase.
  • Payment information: payment method, payment status, billing details, and transaction identifiers. Full payment-card details are handled by Shopify and the applicable payment provider; Easy Plunge does not need to store a full card number to fulfill an order.
  • Communications: messages, emails, support requests, survey responses, and any information you choose to include when you contact us.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, device identifiers, referral source, pages and products viewed, interactions with the Site, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie or similar-technology data.
  • Preferences: language, region, cookie choices, and email or other marketing preferences.
  • Security and fraud information: signals used to authenticate activity, protect checkout, prevent abuse, and investigate suspected fraud or security incidents.

Easy Plunge is not a healthcare provider, and we do not ask you to submit medical records or health information through the store. Please do not include sensitive health information in an ordinary support message.

Where Information Comes From

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from companies that help us run the store. Those companies may include Shopify, payment providers, fraud-prevention providers, carriers, fulfillment partners, and communication or customer-support services.

How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • operate the Site, checkout, customer accounts, and other store functions;
  • process payment, accept or decline an order, fulfill and deliver orders, and send order or tracking updates;
  • handle questions, returns, refunds, warranty requests, and other customer service;

When We Disclose Information

  • Shopify and Shopify services, which host and operate the store, checkout, customer accounts, fraud controls, messaging, and related commerce services.
  • Payment and transaction providers that authorize payments, process refunds, and help prevent fraud.
  • Shipping, fulfillment, and logistics providers that prepare, route, deliver, or investigate an order.
  • Technology and business-service providers such as hosting, security, customer-support, email, analytics, and marketing providers, but only when those services are used for the store.
  • Professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary to obtain advice, comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misconduct, or defend a claim.
  • A buyer, investor, lender, or successor in connection with an actual or proposed financing, merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
  • Other recipients at your direction or when you consent to the disclosure.

We do not disclose personal information to another merchant so that the other merchant can independently market to you.

Shopify's Role

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you visit the Site or make a purchase so it can provide and improve its commerce services. Depending on the Shopify features that are enabled, those services may use information from your interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide fraud prevention, measurement, personalization, or advertising-related services. Information may be transferred to Shopify and other service providers in countries other than the country where you live.

Easy Plunge does not sell personal information for money. Some United States privacy laws use broader definitions of "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" that may include certain transfers to Shopify or advertising and analytics providers even when no money changes hands.

Where applicable, you may opt out through the privacy or cookie choices made available on the Site, through a supported browser-based Global Privacy Control signal, or by emailing support@eazy-plunge.com with the subject line "Privacy Opt-Out." We will treat recognized Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out where required by applicable law and supported by the store's Shopify privacy settings.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies to Easy Plunge, you may have the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information and access certain information about it;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • receive a portable copy of certain information;
  • opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • appeal a decision on a privacy request where applicable.

To make a request, email support@eazy-plunge.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and describe the request. Include the email address connected to your account or order so we can locate the correct records. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization or direct identity confirmation.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If we deny a request and your law provides an appeal right, reply to our decision with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line.

Email and Other Communications

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages that are necessary for an order, refund, warranty request, account, safety notice, or other transaction.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including order fulfillment, customer service, warranty administration, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, tax and accounting requirements, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of record and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it as appropriate.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online service, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use a unique password for any customer account and contact us if you believe an interaction with Easy Plunge is no longer secure.

Children

The Services are intended for adults purchasing household equipment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@eazy-plunge.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Third-Party Sites

The Site may link to services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy. Review those notices before providing information to a third party.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when our practices, providers, products, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is material and applicable law requires additional notice, we will provide it.
